Onboarding
When you create a new workspace, Zentre AI walks you through a short onboarding wizard. It asks for a few details about you and your company and lets you invite your first teammates. Chat opens only once onboarding is complete. The wizard is available in English and German.
The steps
The wizard has five steps:
- Enter your name.
- Enter your company name and choose your company size. Both are required to continue.
- Choose your industry from the list or enter your own. You can skip this step.
- Choose up to 5 use cases, or add your own. You can skip this step.
- Invite teammates: enter up to 4 email addresses and choose a role for each person.

In the last step you can invite up to 4 teammates by email and choose a role for each. Duplicate and invalid email addresses are refused.
Going back and refreshing
Your answers are kept when you go back to an earlier step or refresh the page, so you can correct an entry without starting over.
After onboarding
When you finish the wizard, chat opens and you can ask your first question. Getting started shows the next steps.
The teammates you invited appear on the Users page, where admins can also invite more people. See Roles and permissions for what each role can do.

Can I skip a step?
You can skip industry and use cases. Your name, company name and company size are required.
What happens if I refresh the page?
Your answers are kept. The same applies when you go back to an earlier step.
Why can't I open chat yet?
Chat opens only once onboarding is complete. Finish the remaining steps first.
How many people can I invite here?
Up to 4 during onboarding. Admins can invite more people later on the Users page.
