How your data is protected

Zentre AI protects your data in several ways:

• EU hosting: Zentre AI is hosted in the EU, and requests are routed within the EU. See Data, privacy and compliance.
• Personal data in prompts: your administrators can turn on PII detection and masking, so personal data is replaced before the model sees it. See Security.
• Your chats: you can delete all your conversations at once on your Profile.
• Professional secrecy: professions bound by secrecy under §203 StGB can work in a separate, isolated mode. See §203 Professional Secrecy Mode.
